Receipt of Payment

For the PDF "Receipt of Payment" that is accessible both immediately upon successful payment, as well as from the user's "Payment History" module on Readingful, we'll use a simple 1-page, legal size design that is almost identical to the one currently used on Learningful. Some differences, design wise, are that here we'll be using Readingful's fonts, this receipt will be monotone, and the title is now positioned to the left.

The only difference in terms of the information is the "item" line, where we need to cite the number of students given access, and the number of days access continues).

Still, working from Learningful's current design should save us some time.
