Emails
We'll
run Readingful on just 5 different system emails, using
the exact same styling and function as is used on "Learningful,"
simply with Readingful's logo in place of Learningful's
logo, as shown above, in mockups one to five.
Email
1: Welcome
This
email is to be sent upon the teacher creating an account
on Readingful. Clicking the "Visit Readingful"
button shall take the teacher to Readingful, and automatically
sign him or her in.

to Readingful. Your 2-week free trial has begun!
To
get your students started, please simply log in and create
a reader account for each of them. After that, all you need
to do is direct your students to log in themselves, and
start reading. It’s that easy!
If
you have any questions or concerns, simply reply to this
email to ask them, or submit a question from within your
teacher account.

2: Login Difficulty
This
email is to be sent upon the teacher requesting a password
reset email, after having difficulty signing in on the platform.
The button shall automatically sign the user in, and take
the user directly to the module for updating the password
of his or her teacher account.

get you back into your Readingful account, please simply

3: Expiry Warning
This
email should send to the teacher when his or her Readingful
subscription is set to expire in 5 days time. The button
shall automatically sign the user in, and take him or her
to the "Extend Access" module of his or her account.

Readingful subscription will expire in 5 days.
To
avoid any disruption in service for you, or your students,
please simply use the button below to automatically log
in to your Readingful account, and renew your subscription,
at your convenience.

4: Subscription Expiration
This
email should send to the teacher when his or her Readingful
subscription has actually expired. The button shall automatically
sign the user in, and take him or her to the "Extend
Access" module of his or her account.

As
such, your students do not currently have access to Readingful.
At your convenience, please simply use the button below
to automatically sign in to your Readingful account, and
renew your subscription.

5: Purchase
This
email should send to the teacher when he or she has made
a subscription payment. The button shallautomatically sign
the user in, and take him or her to the "Payment History"
module of his or her account. The dollar amount quoted should
be bolded.

Body:
Thank
you for extending your Readingful subscription.
Your
payment, in the amount of $XX.XX, was successfully processed.
It will appear on your financial statement as charged by
“Readingful.”
Need
a receipt? Not a problem. You can download one from the
payment history section, of your Readingful account, at
any time.

Footer
This
email footer has two hyperlinked terms that take on color
and underline on hover, "Help" and "Settings."
The "Help" link should sign the teacher in automatically,
and open the "Helpbook" module. The "Settings"
link should similarly sign the teacher in and open the "Settings"
module. Because all of these emails are transactional, rather
than commercial solicitations, an opt out mechanism is not
required.
